That makes sense. I still have the "waiting" problem. Thanks for giving me a direction. Be cautious on that one though, we did it on a test system that was expendable!! If it does not take the actual R5 I am not sure the renaming will work mind!! On a side note, I assume they upgraded the Manager programme on the PC that is acting as TFTP server, if they never that will still have the R2 firmware on it,which could explain why they are still waiting for the R5 bin file!!
There will be a patch issued to fix this in the next few days. Its a bug,not somebody doing something worng. I'll wait for the patch - I've tried everything else. Glad to see that I wasn't the only one bitten by this Had a tel set new that needed the upgrade on a new system - had 15 new tel sets on as well new with 5.
